Yeah we need some tips for Preventing Lead Poisoning.
1.Keep the home, and especially children's hands, toys, and bottles as clean as possible.
2.Serving healthy, low-fat foods to your children since lead poisoning is affected by food with high fat content.

I am being sued for lead paint poisoning that supposedly happened in 1991 in a house that no longer exists, and where no records are availabe on insurance since they only keep them ten years. so now they want me to pay. I am suffering from MS and am elderly and overwhelmed. Any advice?

Lead is a metallic element used in containers, pipes, bullets and paints. Exposure to lead-based paint has been found to be dangerous, not to mention the environmental effects.A detection and removal service can safely remove a lead hazard in a home or building, usually during remodeling..

Bluebird, yes you can be sued, however, these cases can be hard to prove. My suggestion would be to contact a litigation defense attorney asap.
